Last Call For Entries 2016! For International, Experimental and Curtinhas Competition

Submissions for the International, Experimental and Curtinhas Competition of the 24th Curtas Vila do Conde – International Film Festival, are reaching the deadline: 8th April 2016.

You can apply with new short films produced in 2015 or 2016; within the duration limit of 60 minutes (unless exceptions below); film (35 or 16 mm), DCP or video file. You can submit your new films in the following competitions:

- International (fiction, documentary and animation);
- Portuguese (Portuguese films of fiction, documentary and animation);
- Experimental (films that defy narrative and technical conventions);
- Music Videos (music videos from portuguese artists/producers);
- Curtinhas (films for kids until 30 minutes);
- Take One (productions until 30 minutes by Portuguese film students).

The starting point is to register*. After registry, using the given username and password sent to your e-mail, you can access the online entry form, submitting all the required data for each film (film info and screener). From your login, you may also access all submitted films data to verify and eventually correct it.

*If you are already registered, please insert your username (your email) and password (you can also ask immediately for a new password). If you already completed any submission and received a confirmation email, please note that this message was sent automatically to our entire mailing list.
